- Spice paste: grind coriander seed, cumin seed, cardamon seed, paprika and cloves to a powder.
- Add the water, almonds, garlic, ginger, salt and cinnamon and blend together.

- Lightly brown onion in some oil, then add spice paste and cook for further 4 minutes.
- Add browned beef to the onion and spices with 4 tablespoons water.
- Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the beef is cooked through and tender (depends on the thickness of the beef).
