  4. add the sweet corn and onion wait a couple of minutes to warm up the sweetcorn then turn off the heat,
  5. then you need to spoon about half the mixture into a large bowl then blend it until smooth, return back to the pan which you removed it from, then mix all together,
  6. add the bacon you set aside, season to taste give one last stir, then serve it up with crusty bread.
