- Get 5 cloves garlic
- Take 1 small piece of ginger

For the meatballs, mix together the beef, garlic and herbs along with a decent pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the crisp potatoes and sprinkle with a little more sweet and hot paprika. To finish the dish, put the meatballs into a large, deep frying pan, and cover with the sauce. For the meatballs, heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until soft and translucent.
