- Prepare Half a tspn grated garlic
- Take Half a tspn grated ginger

- Prepare 2 tspn steak & chops spice
- Make ready 1 tblspn sweet chilli sauce
- Get 2 tspn Brown onion soup
- Prepare Cooking oil
Season the beef with some of the salt and pepper and coat with flour. In a casserole over medium-high heat, Saute the beef and shallots in the butter and oil until browned on the outside. Very tasty, I added a good glass of red wine to mine which makes the gravy very rich, I would avoid adding additional salt as. Steps to make Beef Stew:
- Heat cooking oil
- Add onions, garlic and ginger
- When onions start to brown add paprika, BBQ spice and steak & chops spice
- Then add pieces of beef
- Cook for 30mins then add sweet chilli sauce
- Cook for another 15mins then add brown onion soup diluted in a bit of water
- Simmer for 3mins then stew is ready to serve.
