The ingredients needed to make Beef Stew:
  1. Get 500 g stewing beef, cut into bite size pieces
  2. Get 1 chopped onion
  3. Make ready Half a tspn grated garlic
  4. Get Half a tspn grated ginger
  5. Prepare 1 tspn Paprika
  6. Make ready 2 tspn BBQ spice
  7. Get 2 tspn steak & chops spice
  8. Take 1 tblspn sweet chilli sauce
  9. Make ready 2 tspn Brown onion soup
  10. Get Cooking oil

Season the beef with some of the salt and pepper and coat with flour. In a casserole over medium-high heat, Saute the beef and shallots in the butter and oil until browned on the outside. Drain the oil from the casserole and stir in the tomatoes, water and stock cubes. Season with garlic, parsley, thyme and remaining salt and pepper.

Instructions to make Beef Stew:
  1. Heat cooking oil
  2. Add onions, garlic and ginger
  3. When onions start to brown add paprika, BBQ spice and steak & chops spice
  4. Then add pieces of beef
  5. Cook for 30mins then add sweet chilli sauce
  6. Cook for another 15mins then add brown onion soup diluted in a bit of water
  7. Simmer for 3mins then stew is ready to serve.

Drain the oil from the casserole and stir in the tomatoes, water and stock cubes. Season with garlic, parsley, thyme and remaining salt and pepper. In a large casserole, cook beef in oil over medium heat until brown. Dissolve stock cubes in water and pour into pan. Stir in rosemary, parsley and pepper.
