  8. Preheat over at 225°F
  9. Cook each side for about 8 minutes
  10. Remove from flame and place on baking sheet
  11. Bake for 15 minutes
  12. Turn off stove and voila

We hadn't grilled in a while. I was browsing Fresh Market, looking for some great looking scallops to use for that night's dinner but I couldn't find any that looked decent. Yes, a bell really went off in my head. Well, that's how I imagined it, anyways. The only thing I will do different next time is eliminate the water - it seemed like it made the raw meat too thin & hard to handle.
