Stove Top Beef Stew This stove top beef stew is perfect for those cold, wintry nights. It is a beef dish that is full of veggies and a hearty broth. You start by browning the meat and then you saute and soften your veggies. Then everything is tossed together in one pot and simmered to perfection.
