The ingredients needed to make Beef Enchiladas:

  4. Cover with more taco sauce and sprinkle with cheese
  5. Bake at 425°F for about 18 minutes or until cheese is golden

Wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling and place seam side down in the baking dish. You'll also want to pour a little in between each enchilada and between the outside enchiladas and the pan, just to stop everything from sticking together. Add a tablespoon of cheese and roll the tortillas closed. Place the filled tortillas, seam-side down, on the prepared baking dish. The enchiladas will be nestled right next to each other, and that's okay.
