Steps to make simply steaks:
- oil steak rub salt pepper garlic rest for 20 minutes until room temperature
- pre heat pan on high until smokey hot put on steak turn heat to medium cook for 3 minutes then turn steak cook for 1 minute add 2 nob of butter, , crushed garlic & thyme cook for 2 minutes remember to use a spoon pour oil over steak while cooking steak(only cook steak for 6 minutes) for medium rare
- rest the steak for 4 minutes
- serving thinly slice steak
