- Take 1 Red chili pepper or green chili pepper
- Take 1 for finishing, (as needed) Sesame oil
When the pork has browned, add the cabbage and the green pepper. Add doubanjiang, Jorinji Goma Miso Sauce and Jorinji Dark Red Miso, then cook until small bubbles form. Add pork into the pan, cook in the sauce until the surface of the pork turns a caramelized brown. Add the cabbage into the pan, cook with the sauce until the cabbage becomes slightly soft.

- Sprinkle sake on the pork. Sprinkle pepper and coat the pork well with katakuriko. Make the sauce. Mix the (A) ingredients in advance.
- Chop the cabbage roughly into about 3 × 5 cm. Take out the core of the garlic and slice the one for frying, and grate the one for (A).
- Heat a pan, add the sliced garlic and pork, not overlapping each other. Grill both sides on medium high heat.
- When both sides are brown, gather the pork to one side, add the cabbage and stir fry on medium heat.
- Shake the pan while stir frying the cabbage and pork together.

Do this to the green onion too. Taste the sauce and add extra Miso or Soy Sauce if required, depending on the saltiness of Miso you use. Heat Oil in a large frying pan of wok over the high heat, cook Pork Mince and Ginger.
