Place whole in a bowl of cold water and set aside. Peel potatoes and carrots, or if thin-skinned, scrub clean. Cut all the vegetables into medium-sized dice. Remove livers from water and discard water.
Steps to make Spicy liver stew:
- Fry the garlic and ginger together for a few min, add onions together with a pinch of salt.. Let it cook for 30 sec
- Then now add your liver,allow it to cook at a low heat.
- Now start adding your spicy ingredients as you stir it slow,make sure it gets the taste of your ingredients
- Add tomato paste with half a cup of water and let it cook for 10-15 min at a low heat.. Dont forget to stir it so as it doesn't stick to your sauce pans
- Finally Add coriander & enjoy your spicy liver 😉

First sautee the onion and garlic on oil and once it is light yellow just add the liver and continue to toast it. Then I introduced the aromatics to my liver stew.
