Steps to make Beef karhai qeema:
- First you chop onion and tomato in chopper.
- In pan heat oil add onion and fry till light golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and cook 2 min then add qeema and fry till light Brown.aw
- Add tomato and 1/2 cup water and cook at least 30min..when water is evaporated add all spices and cook for 15 min.
- Jab oil upar ajay then add methi and adrak and cook for 5 min on low flame.now garnish with Hara dhania,haree mirch and adrak.
- Taty beef KARHAI QEEMA ready…… Enjoy with raita and Nan.
