- In a wok add oil onion and cumin seeds
- Then when onion comes to golden add ginger garlic paste and beef minced in it and bhoonofy for 2 minutes
- Then add roughly chopped tomatoes all spices and peas and half cup of water and close the lid cook till all tomatoes tender
- Then bhoonofy it add little water like 2 tbsp of water close the lid for 5 mins garnish with green coriander and green chillies. Serve it with roti and rice.
