- Put pepper, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, anything you like and little salt if you prefer…let it rest for another 20 minutes.
- Heat up your pan. Put olive oil in. Wait till u see little smoke. Put your steak in. Time depends on thickness and your flame.. practice and take notes of your timing. - 2 inch usually 3 minutes each side gets you medium rare. - 2 inch 5 minutes each side will be medium well. - 2 inch 7minutes each side well done.
- Take off from your pan. Put on your plate cover it with bowl let it rest for 5 or 10 minutes…
- Notes: For side you can use french fries and mixed veggies onion corn broccoli or use extra sauce mushroom sauce or simple buy steak sauce 😆
