In a large bowl combine noodles, lettuce, cucumber, carrots, basil, and mint. Thinly slice steak against the grain; arrange on salad. Slice the cooked steak thinly against the grain and place it in the dressing. On a platter, arrange the chopped lettuce at your first layer, then follow it with the cucumber noodles, steak, peaches, the fresh herbs, scallions and finally the cashews.

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the packet's instructions.
  2. Add the frozen peas during the last 3 minutes of the cooking time. Drain well and give everything to a large bowl.
  3. Chop the Fleischwurst (ham) into small cubes. Chop the gherkins (pickled cucumber) and parsley finely. Add them to the noodle bowl and Mix well.

On a platter, arrange the chopped lettuce at your first layer, then follow it with the cucumber noodles, steak, peaches, the fresh herbs, scallions and finally the cashews. Whisk ginger, soy sauce, raw sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl until sugar is dissolved. Whisking constantly, gradually add olive oil, then sesame oil. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
